Deliveries are made on weekdays between 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Orders for ready-made products are shipped in 1-3 days.
Orders are sent by courier companies (ACS Courier or ELTA Door-to-Door). In exceptional cases of inaccessible areas not covered by a transport company, will be considered on a case by case basis.
You can pick up your order in the following ways:
- From our headquarters.

c) With transport companies. Delivery time from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the final destination.
d) In another way of your choice.
Our company does not bear any responsibility for damages that may be caused during the transport of the products. The products are delivered from our headquarters in excellent condition and packaging and travel on behalf and with the responsibility of their buyer.
Delivery time may be modified if there is a delay on the part of the customer or suppliers or an emergency technical problem or other reasons (eg extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.)
In cases: remote area, morning delivery or Saturday delivery, the difference is charged to the customer.
In any case we will inform you via e-mail or sms.

For domestic orders:
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over 50 euros (concerns Greece only).
- For orders under 50 euros the shiping cost is 3 euros.

If any of the products you ordered are not immediately available, (usually the delivery time is indicated) then we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible to inform you of the possible delivery time or anything else.
