Is there a physical store where I can visit and do my shopping?

We have a physical store  In Lamia. You can visit us Monday-Friday 09:00 to 14:00 & 18:00 to 21:00. You can place your order online or by phone and pick it up from our store.

What if the product that arrived in my hands does not meet my expectations?

In this case if the error comes from you, as you understand the product is not returned. But if it is our fault, of course the product will be replaced.

I placed an order, but I had no news. What should I do?

When will I receive the product I ordered?
